Everything you need to know before booking your event

Will you play song requests from our guests?

Yes, but the DJ reserves the right to decide whether a song suits the event atmosphere. They’ll always keep the dancefloor in mind.

When do we pay?

Payment for any event is required 14 days before the event. We do not accept cash, bank, or card payments on the night. We want our clients to enjoy their evening and not worry about paying suppliers.

I’d like you to go on a bit longer than we booked you for… what do we have to do?

If the venue allows, just ask the DJ or event team towards the end of the evening. Overtime is charged per half hour and may include venue hire if needed.

How long does it take to set up and when do you need access?

Setup usually takes around 1 hour. We request access at least 1 hour before your guests arrive to ensure equipment and safety checks are completed.

How much do you normally charge?

Pricing depends on date/time, venue, equipment needed, guest count, optional extras like karaoke, and transport.

How many “watts” is your sound system?

Watts alone don’t guarantee quality. Our systems are high-quality and over ~200 W is plenty for indoor events. Outdoor events may need more.

I’ve never arranged a party before… what advice can you give?

Choose a venue that suits your group (e.g. village hall for families). Plan food and speeches by 10:30 pm to leave time for dancing. Ensure entertainment access before guests arrive.
